LMI Israel is a facilitated development school focused on measurable progress in leadership, productivity, communication, and sales-related performance.
Our eight-week format combines:

one weekly facilitator session of 1.5 to 2 hours;

video and audio learning materials;

structured development assignments;

personal reflection and practical implementation.
Each participant works on their own development during the week, and the outcomes are reviewed together with the facilitator in a personal session.

Avigdor Jacob is the Master Licensee of LMI Israel and a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of hands-on experience in building teams and results-driven businesses. Avigdor’s strength lies in transforming complexity into simple solutions and helping future-based individuals move from vision to execution with speed and clarity. Together with his wife Aliza, his partner in life and business, he leads with values, discipline, and purpose.
Outside of work, Avigdor recharges through reading, nature, and time by the ocean.
